Official Leadership Program Registration Form

The Official Leadership Program trains teens (13-18 year olds) to become paid umpires and leaders on and off the field. To register, select the location in the drop-down menu and fill out the liability waiver and photo consent form. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from UMPS CARE with more information on your multi-week program or weekend clinic. *Limited space is available for the six-week program so please do not sign up unless you can commit.
