This Columbus Day event is sure to be a hit!
UMPS CARE is hosting this premium golf tournament at Laurel Hill Golf Club in Lorton, Virginia!
Proceeds from this event will support a hospital visit (complete with Build-A-Bear furry friends, outfits, activity books and more) for young patients at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., college scholarships for children adopted later in life and VIP ballpark experiences for youth-based organizations and military families.
For children undergoing hospital treatment, being isolated and having little power to make choices of their own can be frightening and challenging. UMPS CARE visits allow these children (and their families) to enjoy a dose of fun and smiles and gives these kids the opportunity to choose their own special friend.
