Nominations can be submitted by anyone affiliated with the nominee (player, coach, parent, friend, etc.) and should showcase that umpire’s dedication to the game and the community. 

Once a quarter, UMPS CARE Charities will salute umpires from all levels whose dedication and commitment showcases exceptional character and volunteerism to their local community with our
heart of gold award. 

Finalists will be notified after the nomination process closes, and winners will receive a special
UMPS CARE heart of gold T-shirt, a hat and a certificate.
